Notice - Syncing CRM To Dos or Activities is temporarily disabled until March 16, 2018

Mindmatrix is temporarily disabling syncing activities from Mindmatix AMP to CRMs until the release of an update scheduled for March 16, 2018. 

Why are we disabling integrations until the release this update?

Recent API changes have required additional work from our development team to update the activity syncing functionality. In order to release this update safely, we have disabled this feature until the release is ready for all clients.

What changes will this update include?

The update planned for March 16th will improve the reliability of pushing to do tasks or activities to your CRM and remove an issue found with a recent change to Connectwise and Autotask APIs.

What should I do if I still want to receive notifications from Mindmatrix while this feature is disabled?

If you have CRM integration and still would like to receive notifications from Mindmatrix, we recommend enabling email notifications until this update is released.

To stay on top of your alerts, you can enable email notifications instead by following instructions found here.

Coming Soon - Enhanced Daily Reports

In the coming weeks, we're changing the look, feel and functionality of our Daily Reports to share greater insight with you on what you can do in your account in Mindmatrix. 

We're also adding additional reporting on lead, website, and contact activity.

How does the report create recommendations?

The recommendations generated by the report are based on role permissions for your account. If your account has access to create opportunities, and you have not created an opportunity yet, your Daily Report will be updated to automatically encourage you to register opportunities.

Can I change the color/appearance of the report?

The report's appearance is based on your company or organization's branding colors. If you are a channel manager, your company logo will be used in the report.

If I don't like the report, can I disable it?

Disable reports by navigating to the Setup > User Management section from a Super Admin account. From here, you can toggle off the Daily Report function.

Software Release Notes - September 25th

We are excited to announce updates to existing features in Mindmatrix


Social Media

There have been several improvements to social media posting through Mindmatrix

1. Removal of links to social images posted via the Image Galleries

2.  Users may set a "default page" for Facebook social media postings to allow administrators with Social Director access to post on their behalf easily. (Channel Marketing managers should check with their Enablement specialists to learn more!)

3. When using Social Director, you can now also post on behalf of Organizations and Groups to syndicate messages to social media pages.


4. Gain insight into likes, shares, and comment counts on social media posts.



User reports have been enhanced for Channel Managers and Super Admins.

General UI Improvements

General UI improvements and updates have been made for common features.
