Integrating Mindmatrix with NetSuite

  • Users using NetSuite CRM can sync contacts to and from Mindmatrix and also sync their “to-dos” with NetSuite
  • To integrate NetSuite with your Mindmatrix account, login to your NetSuite account 


  • From the “Setup” tab select “Customization”


  • From Customization, select “Search & Install Bundles”


  • Click on “”Advanced”


  • Enter “AMP” as the keyword. Select “Production Account “ as the location & enter “TSTDRV1067892” as the account ID. Once done, click on “Search” 


  • Click on “AMP” 


  • Click on “Install”


  • Click on “Install Bundle” 


  • Please wait while AMP is being installed. Refresh the page after 2 minutes 


  • Once AMP is installed, select “Customization” from the “Setup” tab


  • From Customization select “Entry Forms” 


  • Click on the edit button for “AMP Contact Form” 


  • Check the “Form is preferred” check-box &click on “Save” 


  • Similarly, click on the edit button for “AMP Customer Form” 


  • Check the “Form is Preferred” check-box & click on “Save” 


  • NetSuite has now been integrated with your AMP account 
  • To integrate AMP with your NetSuite account, login to your AMP account 


  • Click on your user name at the top of the screen


  • Click on “CRM Connectivity”

  • Click on “Login to Activate”


  • Enter your first name, last name, email address, password & account details registered with NetSuite. Click on “submit” to proceed


  • AMP has now been integrated with your NetSuite account

Synching your NetSuite contacts & leads with AMP 

  • To sync your NetSuite contacts/leads with your AMP account, from the “AMP” tab select “AMP Login/Dashboard


  • Enter your AMP login credentials & login URL. Click on “Submit” to proceed


  • As you integrate AMP with Autotask, only your existing contacts with a valid email address (in Autotask) get automSynching your AMP contacts with Autotask
  • To sync an AMP contact with your NetSuite account, under the “contact records” section click on the contact to select it


  • Select the views button and Click on “report”


  • Click on “push to CRM”


  • Your AMP contact has now been synced with your NetSuite account (under the leads section 


Exporting your AMP “to-dos” to your NetSuite account

  • As a “to-do” gets created for any of your contacts in AMP, the “to-do” automatically gets exported to your NetSuite account
  • To view the “to-do” of a contact in your NetSuite account, click on “edit” for the contact for whom the to-do has been created


  • You will find your to-do under the “activity” tab


  • Similarly, to view the to-do for a lead in NetSuite, click on edit for the lead for whom the to-do has been created


  • You will find your to-do under the “Activities” tab


  • To view the status of any of your contacts of leads in NetSuite, click on the edit button for the contact or lead


  • Under the AMP Feeds tab you can now view the complete information of the lead/contact such as score, interest level, origin of the lead, last activity, ISP,  keywords used by the lead/contact & comments


  • While you are in the AMP Feeds tab, you can send an AMP email, create a sales (print, web & eBook) material, manage you AMP sales material, add the contact/lead to a drip campaign & even move into AMP’s dashboard using the respective buttons
