How can I Reach Online Chat Support?

You can contact our General Support team via our Online Chat Support system. 

Select the Department you would like to reach from the dropdown box. You can receive assistance from the technical support, billing and sales departments. Include your Full Name, Email, Subject Line, and Message.

If our General Support team cannot assist you, they will escalate any questions or issues to Level 2 Support.

If no team members are available via chat support, submit a ticket through our Help Desk at http://my.mindmatrix.net.
