You can push tasks from Mindmatrix to Salesforce as long as the following conditions exist:
If a contact is not owned by a user in Salesforce, then the task will still get pushed to their to-do list. If you are a marketing administrator, ensure that the right contact gets the correct to-do task by verifying contact ownership before you push the task. To learn how to do this, please check our Knowledgebase for articles on how to build Workflows in Mindmatrix.
I See My Contact in Salesforce, But How Do I Know A Contact Exists in Mindmatrix? This is a contact owned by a User in Mindmatrix.
This is a shared contact that exists in a User's Mindmatrix account. As long as this User can see this contact in both Salesforce and Mindmatrix, they will be able to receive the task associated with it in Salesforce.
This user can receive notifications for both of these contacts as long as they also have access to this in Salesforce. Remember, that access in Salesforce is based upon permissions and ownership. Make sure that your User owns a contact, or has access to this contact. After you create a Workflow for your Sales Users in Mindmatrix (please view the related article here) try testing it out to make sure that your conditions work properly. Please notify our support team if you have any questions. Interested in learning more about Mindmatrix software?
