If you are having trouble editing emails in the media editor, you may be experiencing problems due to a poor connection.
Poor Internet Connection If you are on a wireless connection, try connecting to a landed Ethernet cable for faster speed, or resetting your router. Old Cache Data In order to access many of our tools, you should use the most up to date scripts. The best way to ensure you are using the most up to date scripts is to try clearing your browser of old cached data. To do this in Google Chrome: 1. Go to Settings 2. Click on the "Clear Browsing data" button. 3. In the pop-up window that follows, check the "Empty the cache" option and click the "Clear browsing data" button.
4. Close and re-open your browser. 5. Now, try to access the email editor again.
To Do This in Firefox: 1. In the main menu, go to Tools > Options 2. Click on "Advanced" in the Options window.
3. In the Cached Web Content section, click on the "Clear Now" button.
4. Close and re-open your browser. 5. Now, try to access the email editor again.
