How do I add or edit images in a Print Template?

Adding/Editing Image


  • In the ‘Add’ dropdown, select ‘Image’.




  • You can upload an image from the image gallery.

  • Alternatively, you can select personalized image field based on contact/company/user variable.

  • Consider adding the company photo ID.


  • You can link the image to Mindmatrix elements (media, image, document, or links). Enter the URL manually in the relevant field. Alternatively, select the Mindmatrix elements. For e.g. Links.

  • Create a link, or select a link.

  • Click ‘Done’.



  • Click ‘Done’.



Image Editor

  • You can edit the size and position properties of the image box here in the relevant field.

  • Select ‘position’ icon to lock the position of the image box in the template.


  • Expand the ‘Formatting’ section.

  • To lock the image, select ‘content’.

  • You can set background color, border style, border color, and border size for the image box.



  • In the ‘Image Property’ section, you can enter the ‘angle’ value by which you wish to rotate the image.

  • Enter the filters for the image in the relevant field. When you access the image gallery and select the filter, relevant image will display.

  • In the ‘Map To URL’ field, you can view the linked URL to the image. You can edit the URL here.

  • The ‘Image Stretch’ dropdown allows you to select the option based on which the image will fit into the box.


  • The ‘Map to field’ displays the personalization variable to which the image is linked. You can edit the value here from the options in the dropdown.
