You can decide which page/s of the template will be available to the contacts/sales users. The ‘Page
Management’ feature allows you to add rules (based on user/contact/company variable fields), which
are the bases to the availability of the template pages.
- Select ‘Page Management’ in the ‘Manage Page(s)’ section.
Select the required ‘fields’ folder. For e.g. ‘contacts fields’.
Select the contact variable field.
In the ‘Select Operator’ dropdown, click the required filter. For e.g. equal to.
Enter value in the relevant field.
- Click ‘Insert & Finish’.
The variable code will display in the ‘Condition’ field.
Select the page/s you wish to provide to the contacts based on the added rule.
Now, you can choose between two of the ‘Action Type’, i.e. ‘Retain’ or ‘Delete’. If you choose ‘Retain’, only the selected page/s will be available to the contact/s. If you choose ‘Delete’, the pages de-selected will be available to the contact/s.
Consider adding ‘Retain’ as the action type.
- Click ‘Save’ to save the page management rule for the template.
NOTE: You can edit/delete the page management rules by making use of the relevant icons.
- Click ‘Next’ to create the print template.
