Overview of reports

The “Reports section” has a variety of tools to help you measure the effectiveness of your marketing and sales campaigns. The “Communications” section allows you to measure user engagement with user emails and SMS messages. The “Connections” section allows you to edit contact and demographic information for contacts and accounts (i.e. organizations). The “Web” section allows you to measure contact engagement to your site.  The “Social” section allows you to measure contact engagement with your social media platforms. The “External Tracking” section allows you to measure contact engagement within your site. The “Drip Campaign” allows you to measure user engagement with your campaign. The “Collateral” section allows you to measure contact engagement with your internal and external playbooks. Finally the “Company Section” Allows you to measure user activity on AMP.
