Social drips allow to automatically post content to your social media accounts. To create a blog drip, go to “Setup”, then “Asset Management,” then “Social Drip”. In this section, click on the blue “Create” button.
Alternatively, you can go to “Manage”, then “Campaigns”, then “Social Drip”, and then click on the blue “Create” button.
Give your template a name and description and then click Next.
First, choose whether you want your post to appear regularly or one time only by clicking on either the “Per Day” or “Specific Day” icon. If you are setting up a repeating post, use the “Frequency” drop down tab To add an automatic posting, click on the “Add” icon. For this tutorial, we will set up the post to appear on a weekly basis.
Choose the platforms that you want your message to appear on by clicking on the checkboxes, then write the content of the message into the “Your Message” box. If you may also attach buttons using the “Media”, “Image Gallery”, “Document Gallery”, and “Links” buttons. When you are finished, click “Save”.
Select the posts that you wish to use and then click “Next”.
Choose which users you wish to give permission to access the document and then click “Next”.
If you wish to add more rules, you can repeat this process in the “Per Day” and “Specific Day” tabs.
Starting Your Blog Drip
To begin your blog drip, click “Manage”, then “Campaigns”, and then “Social Drip”. If you wish to begin a campaign that has never been started before, click on the “Setup” button.
In the “Actions” section, click the “stopped” button.
The “Actions” section will inform you that the campaign is now running. You start and stop the campaign at any time by toggling the “stopped”/”running” button. If you wish to start a campaign that has been stopped, you can click on the “stopped”/”running” button in the “Social Drip” section.
This will cause the “Start Drip Campaign?” banner to appear. If you want to start the drip campaign, click “Yes”.
The Template will now appear as “Running”.
