How do I edit contact information?

To edit the information for an individual contact, go to “Connections”, then “Contacts” and click on the contact that you wish to edit.

 

 

This will open up the “Contact” window. In the “Info” and “Address” tabs, you can edit a contact’s demographic information.

 

 

Changing a contact’s interest level or customer status

The preferences tab will allow to specify how close a contact is to become a customer.



 

Mindmatrix software will automatically estimate a contact’s interest level based off of his or her activity, however, by disabling the “Auto-Adjust” option, you can manually adjust a contact’s interest level or customer/ non-customer status. (This, in turn, will change the information displayed on the “Prospect Conversions” Chart on the dashboard).
