How can I review my sales funnel to see what prospects I've converted?

The “Prospect Conversions” chart facilitates coordination between sales and marketing users by allowing marketing users to distinguish between contacts that are sales ready and contacts that still need to be marketed to. The chart can be found at the bottom of the marketing dashboard.

A contact’s location on the chart is determined by his lead score. A contact that is rated as “Not Sure” or other, would be rated as a “Visitor”. A contact rated between medium and high would be a “Marketing Qualified Lead”. A contact rated between high and hot would be considered a “Sales Qualified Lead”.  Any contact rated hot and above would be considered a “Sales Ready Lead”.  Any contact that purchased a good or service should placed in the customer section. Note that contacts will be sorted into the levels between “Visitors” and “Sales Ready Leads” automatically, but they will have to be manually marked as contacts. For more information on how to do that, click here.

The blue numbers in the on the left hand side of the chart are links that bring up information for individual contacts. This will make it easier sales and marketing users to reach out contacts with relevant content.
