How do I create a single contact?

To create a contact, click Connections, then Contacts.

 

Add any information that you would like here.  You must enter an email address or SMS number in order to save the contact.

As a best practice, you should enter the following information in the tabs:

  • Info

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Company

    • Work Number

  • Address

    • Relevant information, such as Address, City, State/Province, and Postal Code

  • Preferences

    • Interest Level

    • Contact Type

    • Industry Type

    • Prospect

  • Misc Information

    • Contact Title

    • Company Website
