How do I create assets in Salesforce?

To send a Mindmatrix Email from salesforce, click on the AMP tab.

 

 

From there go to the Quick Links tab and choose either “Create Print Asset” or “Create Presentation” depending on the type of asset that you want to create. For this tutorial we will create a print asset.

 

 

Click on the “customize” button of the asset that you wish to edit. Note that to edit an asset from this platform, you must have the necessary permission level, and there must be fields left open for editing. Documents in the “Direct Use” folder can be sent out exactly as they are and have no personalization, while documents in the “Require Customization” folder have documents with personalization fields.



 

 

Make sure that you are satisfied with your name and description and then click next.

 

 

To edit a print asset, click on the “unlock design” button at the top of the window.

 

 

After the “Add” tab appears, you can add in whatever text or images you desire.
