How do I view comprehensive report of my website visits, including page visits?

Step 1: Click to expand the “Reports” menu and click the “Web” sub-menu. Then click “Web”.

Step 2: this will bring up a website summary report.

A) Total Websites: "Total websites" is the number of websites which are active for the Users.

B) Active Websites: "Active websites" is the percentage of those websites for whom there has been at least one visit from an active contact. The percentage calculation is (Active websites) / (Total websites)* 100.

C) Total Pages: "Total pages" is the sum of all pages of all the websites which are active for the Users.

D) Pages Visited: "Pages visited" is the sum of those website pages for which there has been at least one visits and the contact is still active. The percentage calculation is (Pages visited) / (Total pages)* 100.

E) Total Visits: "Total visits" is the sum of all visits to all website pages. This means if a contact visits two different pages of the same website or a different website it will always be counted as 2. Also if the same contact visits same page twice will be counted as 2.

F) Unique Visits: "Unique visits" is the total number of unique active contacts visiting each page of each website. This means if a contact visits two different pages of same website or a different website it will always be counted as 2 but if the same contact visits same page twice then it will be counted as 1.

G) This section will display the individual report summary.

Click on the website.

Click on “Views” and then click on “Report”.

i) Total Pages: The "Total pages" section is the total number of pages in the website (this will omit the mobile associated pages).

ii) Pages Visited: The "Pages visited" section is the total number of those pages of the website for which there has been at least one visit by an active contact.

The percentage calculation is (Pages visited) / (Total pages)* 100

iii) Total Visits: the "Total visits" section is the sum of all visits to each website page. This is equal to the sum of the "visits" column in "Interest by page" report of the website and also equal to the sum of the "visits" column in the "Interest by contact" report of the website.

iv) Unique Visits: "Unique visits" is the total number of unique active contacts visiting each page of your website. This is equal to the sum of the values in the "unique" column in "Interest by page" report of the website.

v) Page-wise Visits: "Page-wise visits" is a donut chart showing the total visits for each page of the website.

vi) Birds Eye: Here, you can get a bird’s eye view of the total visits on all websites and also the name of the country.

 

This data can help you figure out how effective your website is at drawing in customers.
