How do I integrate my Mindmatrix account to Gotowebinar?

GoToWebinar-Mindmatrix Integration V 1.2

Overview

You can now integrate GoToWebinar registrants with Mindmatrix The registrants get synced in Mindmatrix contact records as contacts. Hence, it eases contact database transfer between your GoToWebinar account and Mindmatrix.

Getting Started

You need to contact the support team for allowing GoToWebinar integration feature with your Mindmatrix company. This feature, once granted, will be available to your Mindmatrix company users. Only the super admin can map fields of Mindmatrix contacts with GoToWebinar registration fields. Both super admin and company users can activate/deactivate connectivity for their respective accounts. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

How to link/integrate your Mindmatrix  account with your GoToWebinaraccount:

-Log into your Mindmatrix  account

-Click on your the profile icon and then click on the user name. You will be directed to profile info page.

-Click on the button ‘add-on connectivity’.


-Set the time Interval from a dropdown menu. This value is the time duration after which the import process occurs continuously.


-Click on ‘login to activate

-Enter relevant details in fields, ‘username’ and ‘password’. Hit the button ‘login’.

-Click on ‘allow’.

-You have successfully linked your Mindmatrix account to your GoToWebinar account. Now click on ‘Map Fields’.




-Map GoToWebinar registration fields to Mindmatrix’s contact fields in ‘contact’ tab (info, address, and preferences).

 

-You may create custom Mindmatrix contact fields to accommodate GoToWebinar registration fields that are not inbuilt in Mindmatrix’s interface. However, in GoToWebinar, custom registration fields are not available for Mindmatrix contact fields’ mapping process.

-Click on ‘reset’ to delete unsaved values.

-Click on ‘save’ to save mapped fields.

                     

NOTE: Make sure you are mapping relevant fields only. If not, data will not get saved in Mindmatrix account. If fields are not mapped, the system will consider the default setting to push data.

-Click on ‘ok’.

Where to find the recipient list for GoToWebinar registrants in Mindmatrix?

Note,  if you have properly linked your GoToWebinar and Mindmatrix accounts, contact information should sync automatically. If you need instructions on how to manually import a recipient list of contacts, please check our Knowledgebase for how to articles on importing contact lists. -GoToWebinar registrants will automatically export contacts to a recipient list named “GoTOWebinar Signups”. To access this slist, go to connections and then lists, and then “Recipient Lists”.
