How do I create and use a Social Preset Message

1. To create a social preset message, go to brands then select "Social Preset Messages"

2. Click on the blue "Create" button.

3. Give your message a name, the type in the content of your message, and then click "Save".



4. To add a preset message to a social media campaign, click on the "Preset" hyperlink. (For information on how to access this Link click here).

5. Select your message and then click on a message from the "Select a Template Message", and then click "Use".

6.  Click "Save"  on the next menu.

7.  Your post will appear in the campaign
