How do I share access to a Smart List?

Giving other users access to a Smart List allows administrators to automatically share contacts according to predefined criteria. To learn how to create a Smart List click here.

 

In the sharing section of the Smart List, select a user you would like to automatically share leads with, then click on the “share/unshare” toggle and then click “set as owner”


When you have shared the list with the appropriate users click “save”. Any contacts in this Smart List will automatically be shared.
