How do I setup opportunities in Mindmatrix with my own custom fields?

The opportunities section allows users to keep track of engagements with potential customers. User can design their own opportunity folders to exclusively contain the information relevant to their engagement. To create a customized opportunity folder, go to Setup > Custom Fields > Opportunity and then click “create”.  


“Tabs” allow you to compartmentalize your “Field” questions into different sections of the folder. To create a new tab, click on the “create tab button”.


Choose a name for the tab and then click save. You may repeat this process as many time as you wish.


To add an individual question to a tab, click on “Add Another Form Field”.

Set the parameters for your field, and then click “Save”.  You can repeat this process as many times as needed.



In this example will format a field that can only be answered by applying a specific date and time.


When you have set up or fields and forms, give your opportunity file a new name and description and then click “save”.
