Here’s a rundown of our 3 stage onboarding process and what you can expect. For more details watch our video on what you can expect during the onboarding process.

 

Get Ready...

Step 1 - Account setup - we’re going to ask you for details we need to configure your account

Step 2 - Website Tracking - we’re going to send you a tracking code to install on your website so we can start to track leads who visit your website.

 

Get Set...

Step 3 - Consulting and Strategy call and Software Access - you’re going to schedule this with your consultant to talk about your marketing and sales goals and get a walkthrough of the software.

 

Go!

Gain access to training sessions and CRM integration - Your consultant will schedule a time on your trainer’s calendar and schedule your CRM integration call. At this point, you will be able to start using your MSP Advantage account.
