How do I delete my hard bounce or unsubscribed contacts?

Because Mindmatrix needs to keep a record of contacts who hard bounce or unsubscribe in order to remain in compliance with the CAN SPAM act, Mindmatrix does not delete hard bounces or unsubscribes. This prevents sending emails to them again if they are unsubscribed or hard bounced. If an unsubscribed or hard bounced contact is deleted and then is later put back in the account, the contact may receive marketing emails from you again, violating spam laws and affecting your deliverability. Learn more about spam laws.
