How to request changes to your Mindmatrix website

Once your new website by Mindmatrix is launched, you can request changes on a monthly basis. You receive up to 3 hours of production time per month to implement changes to your website. Unused time does not roll over.

What kind of changes can I request?

Mindmatrix can make requested changes for you with content you provide.

  • Updating content
  • Updating images
  • Creating landing pages & contact forms that integrate with Mindmatrix's lead tracking

How do I request these changes?

Submit your requests directly at the Help Desk: http://my.mindmatrix.net. Website changes that are sent to your consultant will not be implemented.

Be sure to attach your content (text, images, necessary form fields) to the ticket. The production team will calculate the amount of time involved to complete your request. You will receive a ticket response sharing the date you can expect the task to be completed.

At any time you can log in to the Help Desk at http://my.mindmatrix.net to view the status of and update your tickets.
