How to Customize Static Contact Fields



This feature allows users to customize the fields that are provided by default. This means users can now have only those fields that are relevant to their business model.

Who will be using this?

This feature has to be activated for companies by the Site Admin. Once activated, the customization of fields can be done by users that have access to Custom Field creation.


This will provide a company the flexibility to customize the contact form. This way the company can mix the static fields as well as custom fields in different tabs making it easy for the sales users to use company specific contact fields more often.
