For Channel Program Admins: How to create a user email drip campaign

If you are a channel manager, marketer or admin in a Mindmatrix Channel Program, you will want to engage with the users in your portal to encourage adoption in addition to sending ongoing communication for training, onboarding, and more.

To setup a new user-based drip campaign template, go to Setup > Asset Management > Drip (Lead Nurturing).

On the left hand side, select 'user drip':

Click "Create" to setup a new user drip template.

Then enter in the name and description of your user drip campaign. You can also add 'filters' to help with categorizing your drips over time.

Click "Next" to move to the next step.

You can begin building your user drip template in the 'Editor' section. Use the help screen to guide your next steps.

If you want to add user based conditions, click on "conditions", then select "User Record Data" from the drop down.

Some example user record data you can choose based on the user's actions completed within the platform are the following:

  • Active Contacts Level (ActiveContactsStatus) - If the user has contact activity in their account
  • Asset Usage Level (AssetUsedStatus) - If the user has customized or used assets (Print 'PDF' Assets)
  • Email Engagement Level (EmailActivityStatus) - If the user has sent emails in their account
  • Login Status (LoginStatus) - If the user has logged into their account

You can then select the following options to determine their level of activity:

  • Hot - Completed within 24 hours
  • High - Completed within the past 7 days
  • Medium - Completed within the past month
  • Low - Completed within the past 3 months
  • Not sure - Completed over 3 months ago
  • Inactive - No activity completed

In this example campaign, the admin wants to setup a campaign sent to any users that have not logged in.
