How do I change my MarketNow account email address?

Only for Datto - MarketNow Partners

If you are a Datto MarketNow partner and want to change the email address that you are using to send emails from MarketNow, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Update the email address of your user account in the Datto partner portal

(Important: Do not click on the link to login to MarketNow from the Datto portal after changing your email address.)

Step 2: Send an email to support@mindmatrix.net with the below details:

- Your Company Name

- Your current user email address

- Your Updated email address

Step 3: Mindmatrix Support Team will update your email address in MarketNow. Once the support team confirms this is done, you can log into MarketNow again.
