Social Media Drip Campaign Reports
After you have started your social drip campaigns you will want to review their progress. You can do this by going to “Reports” then “Social”. Under “Social” you will see a variety of options and each subcategory will allow you to view different reports for each respective social platform. To learn how to set up a social drip campaign see here.
Note: Social media reporting in one account cannot be viewed by other accounts. These reports are unique to your user account.
“Drip Campaign” will show you all current social drip campaigns that are running. Here you will be able to see how many campaigns are running under each user and the status of each drip.
“Facebook Posts” “Twitter Posts”, and “LinkedIn posts” will each show you the same type of information for the respective platforms. By clicking each of these you will see the number of posts, how those posts performed such as the number of views as well as the spread of the posts over the course of the year.
For example, if you click “LinkedIn posts” you can break down the performance of each message by clicking the blue arrow on the top right of the “Summary” section.
