How do I submit a new ticket using the form?

If your user account in our new support desk is not setup, then here is an article on How to Sign Up to your new ticket desk?

You can now submit the ticket within our new support desk. Please click on the "Submit a Ticket" tab within your portal and use the form to provide all the detail regarding your questions or issues and hit on the submit button to create a support ticket for our team.
