How to add additional folders for Contact records page

This feature provides more folders like “Leads” “Contacts” “No User activity” in contact records page to filter out contacts in additional to existing ones.
Who will be using this?
This feature will be used by all the Users.
This will give segregated contacts as Lead or Contacts i.e. “Lead” check box checked or not. Also it will mention those contacts for whom any User has not done any activity like sent mail nor has added to an Opportunity.
In contact record page only add folders called as
“Leads” which will list down those contacts (shared or own) which has “Lead” check box field as checked.
“Contacts” which will list down those contacts (shared or own) which has “Lead” check box field as un-checked.
"No User activity" which will list down "those contacts to which any User has not done any activity OR contacts which are not associated with any Opportunity". To elaborate if User A shared a contact with User B and User A has done an activity then this contact will not be populated in "No User Activity" folder.
Even in Shared Leads widget the text will change from "No activity" to "No User Activity" and it will display the count of "those leads (contacts) whom the Owner is not the Creator and then any User has not done any activity nor the contact is associated with any Opportunity"
