How to use Leaderboard: Organizations widget

Feature:

This widget will provide the Admin User (e.g. Channel Manager) to view the progress and status of Organizations he/she has access to.

Who will be using this?

This widget will be used by Admin Users (can be added to any Dashboard) but will be default used in “Channel Manager” Dashboard.

Benefits:

This widget will help User to view and analyze the progress and status of Organizations he/she has access to.

Process:

The “Leaderboard: Organizations” widget will be default in “Channel Manager” Dashboard but can be added to any Dashboard through Setup > Dashboard’s “Add Widget”. fa-graduation-cap is the icon for the widget.

This widget will display the list of Organizations (those whom the logged-in User has access through by Users, Organizations permission and Organization Groups assignment). The pagination will be set based on the number of records fitting in the widget height. There will be sorting based on Score(default if no Opportunities permission), Engagement, Last Login, Users count, emails sent count, assets used count; if Opportunities exist then Opportunities count (default if Opportunities permission exists), Closed count and Closed Ratio count, if Deal Registration Admin permission exist then Deals registered and if MDF Admin permission exists then MDF fund requested. There will be 3 periods of Today, Last 7 days (default) and Last 30 days.

 

  • It will show the Organization “Name”, clicking on the name will display the Organization report page and based on Organization permission the Info page through “Views”.
  • There will be “logo” photo displayed if any has been provided to the Organization. It will be a landscape placeholder of 4:3 ratio.
  • The “Score”, “Engagement Status” of the Organization and the “Last Login” date-time (the last login by any User of the Organization) will always be current one for which ever period User selects.
  • Training” will be shown based on “Training Completed” checkbox status in “Stages” tab of Organization info page.

Please make sure this is checked. This will be current value for any of the selected period.

  • Users #” is the count of the number of Users associated with the Organization. Clicking on the count will display the Users of the Organization provided the logged-in User has the permission to Users and based on level of permission (i.e. greater than “View”) it will display the “Views” tab when User report is opened. This number will be current one for any period selected.
  • Emails Sent” is the count of emails sent through email campaign by the Users of the Organization within the period selected. This will be total of the “email sent” count of each email campaign shown in Communicate > Email sent folder for the period selected for all the Users of the Organization. Clicking on the count will load all the email campaigns list for the period and on individual click will display the report (similar to email summary report).
  • Assets Used” is the count of all the Assets used (customized, sent or downloaded) by the Users of the Organization within the period selected. This will consist of Print, PPT, Documents, Videos, Images, Web, Dataroom and eBook used by the Users within the period. Clicking on the count will list down the templates/document/images/videos used in that period mentioning the asset type and with corresponding actions on each of them. This will be displayed in modal similar to asset search without “Asset search configuration” i.e. all in single tab.
  • The third set of stats will only be displayed if the logged-in User has “Opportunity” permission.
  • Opportunities” is the count of all the opportunities(active, closed-won, closed-lost) owned by the Users of the Organization of all the Opportunity types (if more than one) created within the time period selected. It will also display the sum of the Opportunities Amount in brackets. If there is more than one Opportunity type in the count then it will display the list of Opportunity types on click of the count, while mentioning the count and amount of each type in the grid. Further clicking on the opportunity type it will show the records if shared with logged-in User. If there is single Opportunity type then it will directly show the record list if shared with logged-in User.
  • Closed” is the count of all the opportunities owned by the Users of the Organization of all the Opportunity types (if more than one) which were closed-won within the time period selected. It will also display the sum of the Opportunities Amount in brackets. If there is more than one Opportunity type in the count then it will display the list of Opportunity types on click of the count, while mentioning the count and amount of each type in the grid. Further clicking on the opportunity type it will show the records if shared with logged-in User. If there is single Opportunity type then it will directly show the record list if shared with logged-in User.
  • Closed Ratio” is the percentage of all the opportunities closed-won out of total opportunities owned by the Users of the Organizatione. (Closed-Won Count / Total) X 100 (rounded up to integer). This will be average of all opportunity types if there are more than one opportunity types used by the Users. This will remain static for any of the period selected as it is overall percentage. If there is more than one Opportunity type in the count then it will display the list of Opportunity types on click of the count, while mentioning the count, amount and closed ratio of each type in the grid. Further clicking on the opportunity type it will show the records if shared with logged-in User. If there is single Opportunity type then it will directly show the record list if shared with logged-in User.
  • The fourth set of stats will be displayed if logged-in User has permission to Deals Registration Admin or MDF funds Admin.
  • If logged-in User has permission to “Deals Registration Admin” then there will be stats of “Deals Registered” which will give the count of all deals registered by the Users of the Organization within the period selected. On click of the count it will display all the deals registered in a grid.
  • If logged-in User has permission to “MDF funds Admin” then there will be stats of “Funds Requested” which will give the count of all MDF fund requests sent by the Users of the Organization within the period selected. On click of the count it will display all the fund requests in a grid.
