How to check Email Drip Summary report

Feature:

These enhancements in email drip campaign’s summary report is as requested by Datto and will be done for all in general.

Who will be using this?

These are just modifications to existing summary report and hence will provide more information of the drip campaigns to the User viewing the report.

Benefits:

This will help the User watching the report more information about the running, stopped and scheduled campaigns for Users selected from the combination of drop downs provided.

Process:

The email drip campaign’s summary report will be displayed to each User based on the permission of Users and Organizations which will be populated in the drop downs as shown in figure below.

On “Generate” it will populate data below in the chart as well as User list.

The chart will contain of 3 bars for Stopped, Running and Scheduled campaigns collective for all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations.


Stopped – It will be total count of all the email drip campaigns which are stopped in all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations. Clicking on this will display the modal with all the Users and number of stopped email drip campaigns in their respective account. Clicking on count will display the respective drip campaigns with count of total and active contacts in them. Clicking on the contact count will display the contacts only if shared with the User.
Running – It will be total count of all the email drip campaigns which are running in all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations. Clicking on this will display the modal with all the Users and number of running email drip campaigns in their respective account. Clicking on count will display the respective drip campaigns with count of total and active contacts in them. Clicking on the contact count will display the contacts only if shared with the User.
Scheduled – It will be total count of all the email drip campaigns which are scheduled in all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations. Clicking on this will display the modal with all the Users and number of scheduled email drip campaigns in their respective account. Clicking on count will display the respective drip campaigns with count of total and active contacts in them. Clicking on the contact count will display the contacts only if shared with the User.

Total – This will give the total count of all the stopped, running and scheduled email drip campaigns for all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations. Since we are providing this list below in the grid records this will not have click action.
Active – It will be total count of all the email drip campaigns which are running in all the User(s) populated from drop down combinations. Clicking on this will display the modal with all the Users and number of running email drip campaigns in their respective account. Clicking on count will display the respective drip campaigns with count of total and active contacts in them. Clicking on the contact count will display the contacts only if shared with the User.
The percent inline graph is (Active/Total) x 100.

The “Drip report” widget will display all the Users and their respective drip campaigns as Total, Running, Stopped and Scheduled. Clicking on count will display the respective drip campaigns with count of total and active contacts in them. Clicking on the contact count will display the contacts only if shared with the User. This grid will have search enabled to search for User.

Note: Since the count of drip campaigns are dynamically calculated we cannot provide sorting to this grid.
