Mindmatrix is temporarily disabling syncing activities from Mindmatix AMP to CRMs until the release of an update scheduled for March 16, 2018.
Why are we disabling integrations until the release this update?
Recent API changes have required additional work from our development team to update the activity syncing functionality. In order to release this update safely, we have disabled this feature until the release is ready for all clients.
What changes will this update include?
The update planned for March 16th will improve the reliability of pushing to do tasks or activities to your CRM and remove an issue found with a recent change to Connectwise and Autotask APIs.
What should I do if I still want to receive notifications from Mindmatrix while this feature is disabled?
If you have CRM integration and still would like to receive notifications from Mindmatrix, we recommend enabling email notifications until this update is released.
